[Record Withheld] is a hand-assembled flag book that contains the complete unedited transcript of a conversation with myself — a "self-therapy" session — recorded in December of 2018. It is an exercise in hiding in plain sight, exploring the tension between concealment and display, playing with inversion, distortion and fragmentation, the compounded effect of which renders the text practically inaccessible. While the text technically lends itself to anyone with a will to read it in its entirety, the actual reading of it would, in all likelihood, be a near impossibility.
